No. AI Assistant credits are sold separately in standalone packages that you purchase as needed. They are not included in your plan's monthly fee.
Do you process payments?
No. You connect the checkout you already use, and the money goes where it goes today. Access opens once the payment clears.
Do I need to host my videos somewhere else?
Yes. Your videos should be hosted on an external platform like YouTube, Vimeo, Panda Video, or Smart Player. We integrate with all of these, but you can also use the embed code from other platforms.
Do I need approval before I can sell my course?
No. You don't need to wait for your digital product to be approved before you can sell it. This allows you to run pre-sales even before your course is 100% recorded.
Can I import my students from another platform?
Yes. Upload a list and their accounts are made for them. They set a password the first time they sign in.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can choose to host your membership area on our subdomain or on your own domain, at no additional cost. The SSL certificate is on us.
What happens during the 7-day trial?
Our 7-day trial is completely free. If at the end of your experience you want to keep using the platform, great. If not, simply cancel your account before the trial period ends.
